Since 2017, the College has been posting cautions, Specified Continuing Education or Remediation Programs (SCERP) and Undertakings on the public register.

An Undertaking is a commitment by the physiotherapist to the College to address certain areas of practice highlighted as areas for ongoing learning in a decision by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC). It is not a finding of wrong doing and it is not disciplinary in nature.

On April 22, 2024, the ICRC identified concerns with the physiotherapist’s practice in the areas of record keeping, clinical care, clinical reasoning, communication, supervision of physiotherapist assistants. In this case the ICRC asked the Adaobi Odega to improve their understanding in these areas by working with a practice enhancement coach and reviewing College Standards and resources.
