In relation to a pending legal matter, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) made the following interim order. This order varies and replaces the previous order made on March 27, 2023.

Effective December 22, 2023, D. Pringle's Certificate of Registration will remain suspended until matter 2022-0296 is finally disposed of by a panel of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) or the Discipline Committee

While ​​​​​D. Pringle's Certificate of Registration is suspended, they may not use the protected titles, physiotherapist, PT or physical therapist or any variation of these titles.

This is a summary of any charges or findings under the Criminal Code of Canada or the Health Insurance Act since July 1, 2015, or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act since May 2018. 
 

As reported to the College on December 21, 2022, Daniel Pringle was charged with: 
  • Sexual Assault
  • Sexual Interference

As reported to the College on January 10, 2023, Daniel Pringle was charged with:
  • Sexual Assault
  • Sexual interference

As reported to the College on February 6, 2023, Daniel Pringle was charged with:
  • two counts of Sexual Assault
  • two counts of Sexual Interference


Conditions

Daniel Pringle must: 
  • notify Detective Constable Danson of Toronto Police Service of any change of their address, employment or occupation
  • not communicate, directly or indirectly with (Young Person) except for Court Appearance
  • not be in any place (Young Person) lives, works or goes to school
  • not possess any weapons, firearms or firearms licenses
  • not engage in any physiotherapy practice and/or treatment of any person under the ago of 18 years old
 
STATUS: This matter is currently before the Superior Court. A trial has been set to begin on September 23, 2024.
