Charges and/or Findings
Mr. Fraser was found guilty of the following offence on January 10, 2019:
1. That he operated a motor vehicle having consumed alcohol in such a quantity that the concentration in his blood exceeded 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, which is contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code. On January 10, 2019, the court made an order prohibiting Mr. Fraser from operating a motor vehicle on any street, road, highway or other public place for a period of one year.
