CRIMINAL CHARGES
That on April 23, 2017 Ms. Talbot, while her ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol, did operate a motor vehicle contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code 2. That Ms. Talbot operated a vehicle having consumed alcohol, the concentration in her blood exceeded 80 milliliters / 100 milliliters which is contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
