On December 18, 2025, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns with Pankaj Lamba’s practice in the areas of clinical reasoning, documentation (progress notes, and discharge), billing practices, privacy, communication and professional obligations (to update employment information on the Public  Register). In this case the ICRC asked the registrant to improve their understanding of these areas by working with a practice enhancement coach and reviewing College standards and resources. Pankaj Lamba volunteered to do these activities. 

Since 2017, as required by law, the College has been posting Undertakings on the public register. An Undertaking is a commitment by the physiotherapist to the College to address certain areas of practice highlighted as areas for ongoing learning in a decision by the ICRC. It is not a finding of wrongdoing, professional misconduct or incompetence and is not disciplinary in nature. Undertakings are removed from the register when they have been completed.
