On November 19, 2024, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns with Hajar Moravveji’s practice in the areas of clinical reasoning, consent, patient communication and record keeping. Hajar Moravveji is required to address these concerns through a Specified Continuing Education or Remediation Programs (SCERP) which includes reviewing/completing relevant standards and resources and participating in practice enhancement coaching.
Since 2017, as required by law, the College has been posting information about SCERPs (Specified Education or Remedial Programs) on the public register. A SCERP is ordered by the ICRC when they have identified concerns regarding a physiotherapist’s practice or conduct. A SCERP is an educational program and is not a finding of wrongdoing, professional misconduct, or incompetence, nor is it disciplinary in nature.
