This is a summary of any charges or findings under the Criminal Code of Canada or the Health Insurance Act since July 1, 2015, or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act since May 2018.
On April 15, 2026 the College learned that the following charges against Shane Pattyson will proceed through the courts.
The charges are related to:
Shane Pattyson must reside with his sureties and remain at his residence at all times, with few exceptions.
Further he must have no direct or indirect contact with the victim or witness or be found to be within 100 yards of any location where the victim or witness could be.
Further he can not possess any weapons or apply for an authorization, licence or registration certificate for any weapon as defined by the Criminal Code.
