On February 25, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns related to Mr. Siddique’s supervision of support personnel and assisting a non-physiotherapist to hold himself out as a physiotherapist.
The Committee determined that its concerns were serious enough to order Mr. Siddique to work with a practice enhancement coach as part of a specified continuing education and remediation plan (SCERP).
