CPO and Judith Hunter

Case Number 2014-0167

On November 25, 2014 the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) confirmed that Ms. Hunter's failure to attend before a panel of the ICRC to receive a caution warranted a referral to the Discipline Committee of the College for a hearing.

The hearing took place on Thursday April 30, 2015.

The panel found that Ms Hunter had committed acts of professional misconduct in that she failed to comply with an order of a statutory committee and engaged in conduct relevant to the practice of the profession that, having regard to all of the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonorable or unprofessional.

The panel ordered the following penalty:

That Ms Hunter shall appear before the panel to receive a reprimand
That Ms Hunter shall pay costs to the College in the amount of $2000.00
