  • Operating a motor vehicle while impaired (S. 320.14 of the Criminal Code of Canada)

  • Install an alcohol interlock ignition device
  • Not operate a motor vehicle on any street, road, highway or other public place for three months from January 7, 2025

STATUS: This matter was resolved in the courts on January 7, 2025
