Undertakings

On December 4, 2025, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns with Jayaprakash Raman’s practice in the areas of fees and billing and professional ethics. The ICRC provided Jayaprakash Raman with the opportunity to improve their understanding of these areas by reviewing relevant standards/resources, completing learning activities and participating in practice enhancement coaching and professional ethics coaching. Jayaprakash Raman agreed to complete this learning through signing a voluntary Undertaking.

An Undertaking is a commitment by a registrant of the College to address concerns about certain areas of practice and/or conduct that have been identified by the ICRC as areas requiring improvement. An Undertaking does not represent a finding of professional misconduct or incompetence, and it is not disciplinary in nature. As required by law, the College must publish notice of signed Undertakings on the public register. This notice will be removed from the public register if and when the terms of the signed Undertaking have been successfully completed by the Registrant.
