On January 26, 2017, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee identified concerns related to Ankit Patel’s supervision of a student learner.

The Committee determined that its concerns were significant enough to require Ankit Patel to meet with the College’s Senior Physiotherapist Advisor and to write a reflective paper as part of a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Program (SCERP).

STATUS: May 16, 2017 - all requirements of this SCERP have been met
