On May 16, 2022, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (the "Committee") identified concerns with Amandeep Singh Dhillon's practice in the areas of Record Keeping, Working with Physiotherapy Assistants, and Fees and Billing. The Committee detennined that these concerns were significant enough to require Amandeep Singh Dhillon to work with a Practice Enhancement Coach and review College Standards and Resources on in areas of Record Keeping, Working with Physiotherapy Assistants and Fees and Billing.
Since 2017, as required by law, the College has been posting Undertakings on the public register. An Undertaking is a commitment by the physiotherapist to the College to address certain areas of practice highlighted as areas for ongoing learning in a decision by the ICRC. It is not a finding of wrongdoing, professional misconduct or incompetence and is not disciplinary in nature. Undertakings are removed from the register when they have been completed.
