This is a summary of any charges or findings under the Criminal Code of Canada or the Health Insurance Act since July 1, 2015, or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act since May 2018.

On July 11, 2024, this individual was found guilty of having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit within two-hours of operating a conveyance (s.320.14(1)(b) CC). As a result, they were ordered to pay a fine and were prohibited to drive for one year. The charges were reported to the College in March 2025.
