On January 27, 2026, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns with Saumya Vig’s practice in the area of professional ethics and documentation of financial records. The ICRC provided Saumya Vig with the opportunity to improve their understanding of these areas by reviewing relevant = standards/resources, completing learning activities and participating in professional ethics coaching. Saumya Vig agreed to complete this learning through signing a voluntary Undertaking.

An Undertaking is a commitment by a registrant of the College to address concerns about certain areas of practice and/or conduct that have been identified by the ICRC as areas requiring improvement. An Undertaking does not represent a finding of professional misconduct or incompetence, and it is not disciplinary in nature. As required by law, the College must publish notice of signed Undertakings on the public register. This notice will be removed from the public register if and when the terms of the signed Undertaking have been successfully completed by the Registrant.
