On January 18, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee made a decision in relation to a complaint received about Ms. Fei’s practice. The Committee ordered Ms. Fei to work with a practice enhancement coach as part of a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Plan (SCERP) to address the following areas: record keeping, professionalism and communication, patient-centred care and informed consent.
