On August 24, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns related to Ami Desai’s failure to complete the Jurisprudence Education Program.
The Committee determined that its concerns were significant enough to require that Ami Desai participate in a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Program (SCERP).
