On July 16, 2024, the ICRC identified concerns with Allen Tram’s practice in the areas of communication and record keeping (including documenting assessment, diagnosis, treatment and reassessment, ongoing consent and discharge planning). In this case the ICRC asked the registrant to improve their understanding of these areas by reviewing College standards and resources and working with a practice enhancement coach. Allen Tram volunteered to do these activities.

Since 2017, as required by law, the College has been posting Undertakings on the public register. An Undertaking is a commitment by the physiotherapist to the College to address certain areas of practice highlighted as areas for ongoing learning in a decision by the ICRC. It is not a finding of wrongdoing, professional misconduct or incompetence and is not disciplinary in nature. Undertakings are removed from the register when they have been completed.
