On June 10, 2025, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns with Jessie Wat’s practice in the areas of fees and billing, professional ethics and record keeping. The Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) decided to require Jessie Wat to appear before them on a date specified by the Registrar to receive a caution regarding the issues of concern.

Since 2017, as required by law, the College has been posting information about SCERPs (Specified Education or Remedial Programs) on the public register. A SCERP is ordered by the ICRC when they have identified concerns regarding a physiotherapist’s practice or conduct. A SCERP is an educational program and is not a finding of wrongdoing, professional misconduct, or incompetence, nor is it disciplinary in nature.
