On October 13, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee identified concerns related to Zubair Ahmad’s use of physiotherapist assistants, fees and billing and record keeping practices while working at Fuzion Fitness in Cambridge.

The Committee determined that its concerns were significant enough to require that Zubair Ahmad undergo periodic practice compliance audits as part of a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Plan (SCERP).
