On August 23, 2023, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (the “Committee”) identified concerns with Edward Cheung’s practice in the area of record keeping. The Committee determined that these concerns were significant enough to require Edward Cheung to work with a Practice Enhancement Coach and review College Standards and Resources on record keeping.

Since 2017, as required by law, the College has been posting Undertakings on the public register. An Undertaking is a commitment by the physiotherapist to the College to address certain areas of practice highlighted as areas for ongoing learning in a decision by the ICRC. It is not a finding of wrongdoing, professional misconduct or incompetence and is not disciplinary in nature. Undertakings are removed from the register when they have been completed.
