On February 25, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns related to Ms. O’Neill’s supervision of support personnel and assisting a non-physiotherapist to hold himself out as a physiotherapist.
The Committee determined that its concerns were serious enough to require that Ms. O’Neill appear before a panel of the ICRC to be cautioned as well as to order Ms. O’Neill to work with a practice enhancement coach as part of a specified continuing education and remediation plan (SCERP).
STATUS: All requirements completed as of September 24, 2017.
