On August 10, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee made a decision in relation to a complaint received about Ms. George’s practice. The Committee ordered Ms. George to work with a practice enhancement coach as part of a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Plan (SCERP) to address concerns identified with Ms. George’s assessment and treatment practices as well as her record keeping practices.
STATUS: Ms. George completed all requirements of the SCERP on July 5, 2018
