On December 8, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee identified concerns related to Diana Talao-Cabral’s consent process, communication, and assessment and treatment practices.
The Committee determined that its concerns were significant enough to require that Diana Talao-Cabral’s practice be monitored as part of a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Program (SCERP).
