On October 13, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee identified concerns related to Brian Carty’s clinical decision-making and communication practices with a patient.
The Committee determined that its concerns were significant enough to require Brian Carty to meet with the College’s Senior Physiotherapist Advisor to review and discuss these areas of concern as part of a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Program.
