On May 16, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns related to Ms. Westbrook’s failure to comply with an order of a statutory Committee of the College along with her failure to reply within a reasonable time to written inquiries from the College. The Committee determined that its concerns were significant enough to require that Ms. Westbrook appear before a panel of the ICRC to be cautioned.
